Vincent Koh is the founder of Koh Accounting Pte Ltd. He oversees the outsourcing services and
taxation. Koh Accounting has more than 30 clients ranging from startup, investment holdings,
construction, wholesales, logistics and F&B.
Vincent was previously the finance business partner in a multinational corporation and finance manager in Marshall Cavendish Education Pte Ltd (a company owned by F&N limited) where he was responsible for management reporting, company’s performance analysis, treasury and taxation. Prior to that, he was the head of accounts in Tour East Singapore (1996) Pte Ltd (a company owned by JTB Pte Ltd) where he oversaw the financial accounting and reporting, treasury and taxation.
Vincent Koh has more than 10 years of experience in accounting and taxation from various industries
such as tourism, retail, manufacturing and publishing. Vincent Koh is a member of the Association of
Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and Accredited Tax Practitioner (Income Tax) with Singapore Chartered Tax Professionals.
